Sciatica involves the inflammation, pain and tenderness on the path of the nerve from the thigh through the leg. There are also improper dosage of medications that result causes a direct impact on the vertebrae and carrying weight regardless of the weight causes lower back problems as well .

Be careful not to damage your sciatic nerve as it would result to useless legs once this is completely transected . You will lose the foot-ankle movement and lower limbs won't be able to be flexed .
